This is our fourth trip to Bali and hands down this is the best place we have stayed. The villa has a great layout with large, private rooms, large pool and lush gardens. The staff are the "icing on the cake" with their friendly "can do " attitudes. Wayan and Ayu made sure each detail was taken care of daily. Ayu was awesome with our 4 year old. We had a great time. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Rooms were comfortable. Pool was heavenly. One week of rest and relaxation. Food was great. Our time here was the perfect relaxation point, an oasis from the busy streets of Bali. Pure paradise surrounded by nature with butterfly's, birds, cicadas, beautiful foliage and flowers, wonderful staff, all very helpful. Thank you to Wayan and his team for providing us with such good service. The villa was impeccably maintained at all times. The gardens are beautiful as are the pool and the tropical setting. The facilities are excellent and all that were required for a family of 5 adults. Although a little distance from the town of Ubud, this was not a problem with drivers and taxi being cheaply available. Overall, Wayan and his team are to be congratulated on the way the villa is run and presented to guests.

You blew me away. From the moment our car turned in to the drive way with all little yellow flowers open to Pak Wayan's kind tour of Ubud town center. We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Shinta Dewi Ubud. The villa grounds and garden are very beautiful. The staff and manager Wayan are incredibly helpful. We did many things with the kids, including bicycle tour, painting lesson, jewellery making, and wood carving lessons. We will definitely be back to Ubud.

Great villa, friendly staff and excellent service from start to finish. Wayan, Yudi, Nong, and Made all the wonderful staff. After a 20 hours trip from London, lost luggage and long car journey, we received a wonderful welcome and from that point on we have had an amazing stay. The villa is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful and of course Ubud is a magical place. We will definitely come back and we will recommend Villa Shinta Dewi to our friends. Great service and very helpful staff. Thank you for wonderful stay in the villa and Ubud with a family of six. We had such a great time. The whole family from the smallest (5 years) to the oldest (dad) we had lots of fun. We loved the feeling of being in the jungle but still having a great house and fantastic service. Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool although the weather was mixed. The restaurants in town were very good, rice terraces amazing, interesting culture, cool, but scary monkey forest are some our experiences here.

We arrived at this villa at about lunch time. It's was so much cooler compared to Seminyak where we had come from. We were greeted by warm and friendly smiles. The service staff attended to our every need always friendly. The ambience and tranquility was simply remarkable and although Ubud town has changed with a little more chaos, the villa had brought the contrast which I liked very much. I like to thank Wayan for taking us to town and being very knowledgeable about Ubud, Yudi and the other Wayan for looking after us at your beautiful villa. Villa Shinta Dewi is such a wonderful piece of paradise! From our arrival and discovering it is more beautiful than the photos from the website; luxurious, clean, comfortable and very peaceful.
